True luxury is uncompromising quality, made in limited numbers.

About me

I never planned to become a leather craftsman.

For twenty-five years I worked in the luxury hospitality world, the last ten of them aboard premium cruise ships — moving between countries, meeting people from every corner of the world, learning up close what real quality looks and feels like.

In 2018 I watched a video of a craftsman building a leather briefcase by hand, and something in me needed to try it myself. I bought my first tools and spent two years teaching myself the techniques — cutting, dyeing, saddle stitching — mostly by trial and a great deal of error.

By 2020 it stopped being a hobby. I opened my own workshop in Ukraine, and every LUGOVOGO piece since has been made entirely by me — from the first sketch and pattern to the final hand-stitched seam, the photography, and the packaging that reaches you.

I make only a handful of bags each month. Each one is built to order, for a single person, to be carried for decades rather than seasons.

I don't put my trust in a logo. I put it in my name — Lugovogo — on every bag I make.

Designed, crafted and finished entirely by one craftsman.
