Every LUGOVOGO bag passes through one pair of hands. There is no production line, no outsourced assembly, no factory process.

Each commission follows the same sequence:

• Leather selection — full-grain Italian leather, chosen with the client for texture and character

• Hand cutting

• Assembly

• Traditional saddle stitching

• Hardware fitting — 316L stainless steel, offered polished or plated in 24-karat gold

• Edge finishing

• Inspection

Every edge is painted and polished by hand, every stitch is placed individually, every interior surface receives the same attention as the exterior.

A single bag takes 5 to 10 days to complete, depending on its complexity.

If a bag is ever taken apart, its hidden construction should reflect the same standards as the visible design.

Because quality should never stop where the eye cannot see.
