What to know before ordering

Every bag is stitched and assembled entirely by hand, with no factory stage and no outsourced parts.

Production takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.

The final price is confirmed once we've discussed all the details of your order. Production begins after a 50% prepayment is received.

To start, choose the model you'd like. Within the leather types listed for that model, you're free to choose:

• Leather type

• Leather color

• Lining color

• Thread color

• Edge paint color

• Hardware finish (24-karat gold-plated or polished stainless steel)

Throughout the making process, you will receive photos and short videos showing the progress of your bag. This allows you to follow its creation and make any necessary adjustments along the way.

Once your bag is completed, you will receive a detailed photo and video presentation of the finished piece. After your final approval, the remaining 50% balance is due.

Because each LUGOVOGO bag is made specifically for its client according to individually selected specifications, the initial prepayment is non-refundable once production has begun. Completed orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping

After final approval and receipt of the remaining balance, your bag will be shipped from Ukraine.

Standard shipping via Ukrposhta is included in the price of your bag. Delivery to the United States typically takes approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on the destination and seasonal postal conditions.

Express shipping via FedEx is also available upon request for an additional charge. The cost and estimated delivery time are calculated individually based on the destination.

Import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are not included and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
